My purpose as a Doula is to empower new families with compassionate, holistic-forward support and expert guidance through the pivotal phases of postpartum recovery and newborn care. With over 10 years of experience as a holistic esthetician and as a mother myself, I understand the importance of personalized, non-judgmental support tailored to each family's unique needs and values.

My holistic approach extends beyond traditional doula services to include personalized offerings such as fascial release body work, facials, craniosacral work, herbalism, and holistic food guidance. These services are designed to enhance the well-being of both parents and newborns, promoting physical and emotional healing during this critical time.
I believe that every family deserves compassionate support during the postpartum period. My role is to provide integrative care and promote positive outcomes through advocacy, guidance, and empowering families.
Rose Quartz Package
Services and expectations include:
Before Baby: One in-person support meeting and one or two phone calls.
After Baby: Two weeks with 3 days of 4 hour long shifts.
*can begin immediately after baby, or a few weeks postpartum, up to you!
Help Around the House
With errands and housework usually only 2 things
can be done in each daily home session.
Light Errand Running: Assistance with essential errands to save you time and energy.
Light Laundry and Light Housework: Assistance with basic household chores to ease your load.
Kitchen Tidy: Keeping your kitchen clean and organized for a comforting environment.
Lactation Support: Guidance and assistance with breastfeeding techniques. Support places if challenges arise.

Time in home or wearing baby out of home to give you a chance to get out of the house, or stay in and have a little you time. Up to you!

Red Raspberry Leaf, Nettles and Hibiscus Tea. Bengkung Bind (Belly Binding Cloth), Sitz Bath Herbs,
Living Libations Body Scrub, Skincare Oil or Body Lotion specific for Postpartum needs.

Each of these teas contributes to the well-being of new mothers by providing essential nutrients, supporting hydration, and aiding in recovery. These food choices are designed to support your recovery, provide nourishment, and cater to your preferences during the postpartum period.

Rose quartz package - $1,500. with $500 deposit

Beryl Rose Package - $2500 with $750 deposit
Inclusivity package - price Negotiable based on individual circumstances and needs. Four available a year.
It is very important to me that my services are available to families, regardless of financial means. So each season I am offering a inclusivity package to a family with less financial means.
The Inclusivity Package is available 4 times a year, please reach out to see if it is available for you and your family.
Payment plans are also available for the Rose Quartz and Beryl Rose Package.
